Cancellation and Schedule Changes: 

For cancellations, a full refund is available up to 12 days before the tour. Free reschedules are allowed up to 2 days before the tour, subject to availability. 

Cancellations within 12 days result in a retained deposit and a charged balance. Last-minute reschedules incur a $15 USD fee per person.  

Non-shows are treated as cancellations, with the deposit kept, and the due balance charged to the registered credit card. 

Late Arrivals: 

We can wait for up to 15 minutes, and beyond that, we’ll charge the balance due to your credit card, preventing rescheduling. 

Release of Liability: 

By participating in the tour, I acknowledge the inherent risks, including negligence, physical exertion, forces of nature, transportation issues, alcohol consumption, food-related risks, civil unrest, terrorism, criminal activity, accidents, illness, and property concerns. I assume responsibility for my welfare and belongings, releasing The Taste Seekers Crew from liabilities, binding all involved parties. 

Weather Considerations & Force Majeure: 

Tours run rain or shine. In case of adverse conditions, we provide umbrellas. If a tour is compromised due to force majeure, weather events, political disturbances, or strikes, we may cancel, refunding the cost promptly. 

Insurance: 

Guests are advised to purchase travel insurance for cancellations, delays, and medical issues. The Company is not liable for losses due to unforeseen events, and claims must be processed through the guest’s insurance company.
