What we’ll be doing

Exploring the quieter side of Puebla is an extraordinary experience. Here, the streets are calmer, and the evening lights cast a different glow on the city’s marvelous architecture. As day turns to night, so does the menu, offering a whole new array of dishes that turn the culinary experience into a memorable event! This night tour is crafted to provide a relaxed vibe while still embracing the vibrant culture and introducing you to some of the most incredible dishes in Puebla City.

  • We will be starting our journey with one of Puebla’s most iconic dishes in a traditional place that has served local families for generations.
  • In our next stop you will try an absolute –must– in the culinary everyday foods of Puebla. You can select amongst a wide variety of stuffing, and enjoy the awesome casual flavors of the city like you lived in it.
  • Time to take a break from food with a digestive drink to welcome you into a nighttime experience to remember. You will be trying a traditional liquor that will bring all your senses into the moment in one of the most iconic cantinas of Puebla with decades and decades of history.
  • After a bit more walking around town, get ready to be struck by the essence of Puebla in a classic city diner.
  • We will make our last salty food stop where you will try one of the most underrated dishes of the local cuisine. A winning combination of ingredients that is not easy to forget.
  • For the grand finale, you will be trying a city classic. A dessert, handed from generation to generation for, literally, centuries. Now it’s time you be a part of it!

Why visit Puebla City?

MY BIO

Welcome! I’m Daniela, restaurant and hospitality specialist, and your guide at the Taste Seekers Crew. If you’re curious to know more about me, let me share with you my two great passions:  food and creating unforgettable experiences! My greatest joy lies in discovering delicious food and sharing it with other fellow Taste Seekers.

Over the past seven years, life has led me to sharing food and traveling experiences in cities like Puebla, Ensenada, Oaxaca and Mexico. While my formal education and restaurant experience hold significant value, nothing compares to immersing myself in the actual encounter between culture and food. The latter has been my most profound teacher, hands-on. The journey has truly humbled me and it ultimately fueled my decision to start this project.

As an adventurer, discovering new cultures and flavors is my drive, but what fascinates me the most is how food has the power to broaden our perspective and open new doors for us. Thank you for embarking with me on this tour! I’m so excited for you to join the Taste Seeking adventures!
