What to Bring

We can’t say this enough: Comfy shoes!!! There’s a lot of walking to be done. Also, avoid waring flashy items, large purses, or backpacks.

Preparation

Arrive with an empty stomach, as the tour offers a variety of tasty food. If you’re not satisfied by the end of the tour, we’re more than happy to continue until you are.

Is Puebla safe?

Touristy areas are generally safe; apply standard precautions as you would in any major city. Avoid displaying valuable items, showing all your money, or venturing into questionable neighborhoodscommon sense goes a long way.

Is the food of the tours safe to eat?

While the places chosen for the tours have shown good hygiene standards, it is impossible to assure you won’t get sick. Every organism is different.  

If you are worried about getting sick or have a delicate stomach, a food tour may not be the ideal choice for you. 

Is it suitable for special diets?

It is common to find animal fat (lard) in a lot of traditional dishes. So, the tours suit best those with dietary flexibility. 

Are tours Kid-Friendly?

We will be trying alcohol beverages. The tours are just for adults. 

What’s the cancelation policy?

Tours are for up to 6 people to guarantee the best experience. For that reason, bookings are non-refundable. However, within 24 hours notice, we’d gladly reschedule your tour. 

Is there any guarantee in our tours?

If for any reason we’re forced to cancel a booking the upfront payment will be refunded, but we can always reschedule. 

How about no-shows and late arrivals?

Life happens! If you’re running late, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. If you’re 10 – 15 minutes late, you will miss the initial part. Exceeding that time will our cancellation policy will apply. Exceptions can be considered.
